Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to request a change or cancel your order, please contact us at customercare@sixhoneybees.com. We work hard to get to your order as quickly as possible, so we cannot guarantee a change or cancellation. However, we will do our best to honor your request. 

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days for unworn items with the tags still attached. We also accept exchanges for a different size. We charge a $5.00 flat rate shipping and restocking fee on all returns and exchanges.

How do I start a return?

1) Log in to your account by entering your email and the verification code sent to your email.

2) Click on the order you want to return.

3) Select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the return.
