Shipping Method

We ship via USPS. It is quick, reliable and cost-effective for everyone. Plus, they deliver on Saturdays! Please note that we only ship within the contiguous U.S. at this time.

Once items have been fulfilled and shipped by Six Honeybees, it is the responsibility of USPS to get your items to you on time. If your package is not tracking or missing, we are happy to assist you in locating the package, but we suggest contacting your local post office or reaching out to your letter carrier as the first point of contact. Once an order is in the hands of USPS, they are responsible for missing, lost or damaged packages.

Shipping Rates

Orders under $150 are based on USPS rates for the destination. This is determined at checkout when you enter your address. All costs are factored by normal USPS postal rates; Six Honeybees does not charge extra in addition to the predetermined shipping fee.

Purchasing $150 or more worth of merchandise? It’s on us! We offer free shipping over $150.

Shipping Time Frame for Non-personalized Items

Most items are shipped within 3 business days of an order being placed, unless we specify otherwise. 

Once your item is fulfilled and shipped, the average USPS ship time is 2-5 business days. If you need it to reach you faster, please choose the expedited shipping option. Please be aware that the expedited shipping time applies once the item leaves our hands, it does not expedite the fulfillment of your order.

Most personalized items are shipped within 7-10 business days, unless we specify otherwise.

Live in San Antonio and want to pick up your item?

We do offer local pickup, but the customer must pick up the item within 48 hours of purchase. If it is a personalized item, customer must pick up the item within 48 hours of being notified the item is ready.

Please email us to receive the local pickup address. To activate local pickup, enter “SAPICKUP” at checkout. Once the 48 hours has passed, the customer will receive an invoice for shipping and the item(s) will be shipped.

What is your return policy?

Monogrammed items cannot be returned due to their personalized nature. Please be sure to enter your monogram information carefully during the checkout process. It goes without saying that if it’s our error, we will absolutely fix it. Please contact us within 7 days and we will provide a replacement or refund.

All other items cannot be returned so please check size charts when placing your order.
