What is your return policy? 

Monogrammed items cannot be returned due to their personalized nature. Please be sure to enter your monogram information carefully during the checkout process. It goes without saying that if it’s our error, we will absolutely fix it. Please contact us within 7 days and we will provide a replacement or refund.

For all other items, we do not currently accept returns. Please be sure to check the size charts provided before placing your order.  Still have questions?  Please e-mail us - we are happy to answer any questions you may have.

May I send you a picture of my little one in his or her outfit?

Please do!  We love seeing your precious kids in our products. You can email us and be sure to tag us using #sixhoneybees on social media @sixhoneybes on Instagram and @6honeybees on Facebook.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. We love our friends near and far and are continually reevaluating international shipping feasibility. Hopefully one day!

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Most items are shipped within 3 business days of an order being placed, unless we specify otherwise. Please allow additional time for all monogrammed items. Please see shipping for further details.

What shipping methods are available?

We use USPS for shipping. It is quick, reliable and cost-effective for everyone. Plus, they deliver on Saturdays! Please note that we only ship within the contiguous U.S. at this time. For more information on our shipping policies, please click here.

When can I expect to receive my Custom Order or Pre-order?

Pre-orders and Custom Orders are paid for at the time of purchase but have a later shipping date. The timeframe of shipment will be specified on the product information page so you will have an accurate expectation of when your pre-ordered item will ship. We promise, it’s worth the wait! Please note the shipping date before you purchase.

Once items have been fulfilled and shipped by Six Honeybees, it is the responsibility of USPS to get your items to you on time. If your package is not tracking or missing, we are happy to assist you in locating the package, but we suggest contacting your local post office or reaching out to your letter carrier as the first point of contact. Once an order is in the hands of USPS, they are responsible for missing, lost or damaged packages.
