How can I get started clearing out inventory?

Order a shipping bag, by creating an account here. Ordering a bag is free! We cover the shipping cost.

I received my shipping bag, what’s next?

When the shipping bag arrives, fill it with items of your choice. If you have a question about what we accept, please email us. Fill out the garment enclosure card that comes with your bag and place it in the bag along with the clothes. Seal the bag and drop if off at your local post office. Don’t forget to retain your tracking number from your bag so that you can track the shipment! Six Honeybees will pick up the shipping and take care of the rest. Once we receive your bag, we will notify you.

What items does Six Honeybees accept?

Six Honeybees accepts clothing that are new with tags (NWT). All items are inspected upon arrival. Items deemed not suitable for sale (damaged, stained) will be returned to you, if the return service option was elected. Otherwise, all items are donated to our charitable partner, The Battered Women and Children’s Shelter.

How long does it take to process a shipment?

It can take up to 2 weeks for your shipment to arrive at our office.  Once it arrives, we will e-mail you a confirmation receipt and your items will appear for sale approximately 14 days later.

Do I need to send product images of the items?

No, Six Honeybees will process your items, fluff, photograph and list them for sale online. This process usually is completed within 14 business days, but during peak times, may take a little longer.

Who determines the sale price of the merchandise?

Six Honeybees will determine the sale price for each item.  Unlike most boutiques, we don’t have to clearance items at 50-75% off.  Price will depend on many factors including the wholesale cost, what the items are selling for online from the manufacturer, as well as the season.

What happens after a flash sale is over?

Once the flash sale is complete for your items, we will notify you of what sold and what didn’t on your account profile. As soon as payment processes (this can take up to 12 days), you will receive 60% of the sale price less the 3.5% transaction fee. You will receive a check in the mail.

What if an item doesn’t sell?

Items not sold will be returned to you (if you elected return service) or donated to our charitable partner, The Battered Women and Children’s Shelter. You will indicate on the garment form how you would like Six Honeybees to handle all unsold merchandise.  For those items that you would like returned, you will be charged a $10 return fee to cover shipping. For all items that are donated, you will receive a tax deductible receipt if you choose to donate the items in your businesses name to use on your taxes.

When will I receive payment?

Is my participation anonymous?

YES! Your participation is completely anonymous. Your name, your boutique name and your account will be kept private. However, if you would like to be recognized please email us and we are happy to work with you.
